Some fan-favorite entertainment from Disneyland’s 70th anniversary will temporarily pause to make way for holiday shows as the resort transforms into a winter wonderland beginning on Nov. 14.

Disneyland officials have confirmed that Paint the Night, a nighttime parade, and “other entertainment experiences” will pause during the holiday period. In its place, holiday entertainment will take center stage through Jan. 7, 2026.

Still, “World of Color Happiness” at Disney California Adventure and “Tapestry of Happiness” projections will continue.

At Disneyland Park, guests can enjoy the return of A Christmas Fantasy Parade, featuring Disney characters, toy soldiers, and gingerbread dancers marching down Main Street, U.S.A. The nighttime “Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks show will also be back, complete with “snowfall” effects on Main Street and near “It’s a Small World” Holiday.

Over at DCA, entertainment offerings during the holiday season will include “Mickey’s Happy Holidays” character cavalcade and “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season,” a performance inspired by Encanto. Guests can also look forward to rotating cultural acts, including the Holiday Toy Drummers and live music by Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland.

The “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!” Street Party will return to Paradise Gardens Park, featuring folklórico dancers, samba musicians, and appearances by The Three Caballeros.

While some 70th Celebration entertainment will pause, Disneyland officials say it will return after the holiday season concludes.
